মৎস্য সুরক্ষা ও সংরক্ষণ আইন ১৯৫০ অনুযায়ী চায়না দূয়ারী জাল সহ যে কোন ফিক্সড ইঞ্জিন উৎপাদন, মজুদ, আমদানী, বাজারজাতকরণ, পরিবহন, নিজের অধিকারে রাখা, প্রদর্শন করা অথবা ব্যবহার আইনত দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ।
