1. Provide relevant technological information on improved fish and shrimp farming and other aquatic resource management; 2. Assess the technology needs of fish farmers and formulate training plans on appropriate technology based on demand;3. 3. Under the Fisheries Act, 2010 and 3. Fisheries Rules, 2011, the District Fisheries Department, in collaboration with the District Fisheries Department, inspected the fish feed producers and took action against the violators of the law. Acceptance; 4. Ensure registration of fish hatcheries in coordination with the District Fisheries Department under the Fisheries Hatchery Act, 2010 and Fisheries Hatchery Rules, 2011 and take legal action against the failure to comply with the law 5. Prevent the use of prohibited waste products including formalin in fish and shrimp and provide assistance in providing safe fish feed; 6. Incentives for successful transfer of technology related to fish and shrimp farming, distribution of training materials, manuals, annual reports etc. for farmer farm demonstration farm management. 7. Production and supply of quality fry and brood fish of different species including preparation of action plan of government fish seed production farms to ensure higher production. 8.National Fisheries Week, Fisheries Awards, Nomination Awards and Nomination Assistance to other departments with the aim of creating mass awareness in increasing fish production.
